Gauge

24 sts and 16 rows = 5.25”/ 14cm wide and 3”/ 7.5cm tall in collar pattern worked twice and 2 rep using larger needle; width measured at widest point

Suggested yarn alternatives: Wool or wool blend yarn that is more than 50% wool. I don't really recommend a blend with fibers that have lots of drape such as alpaca, tencel or bamboo.
